Harry Deluxe and the Cap Gun Johnnies

7.30pm Common Man Band

This mighty band was formed when Marc Gordon went to travel the world, leaving Rick Steele and Richie Pavledis (the other two thirds of the Hot Biscuit band) behind to keep the rock’n’roll show on the road. Andrew McIlroy, and Billy Brothers were recruited along with Greg Thompson. In 2001 The Common Man Band recorded live at the Charles Hotel with the late Clint Gibson engineering and producing.

8.30pm Harry Deluxe and the Cap Gun Johnnies

Harry Deluxe is a raunchy retro-inspired songbird whose vocal talents rival some of the hottest swing and rockabilly icons.
Swingin’ from Ruth Brown and Etta James to Janis Martin and Wanda Jackson this ‘swingabilly filly’ can belt out a ballsy tune that will knock the bobby socks off even the most mellow cats and kittens, and then soothe your every ill with sexy, soulful crooning.
Harry’s hot blend of kitschy-cool classic covers and sassy original tunes make her one truly unique entertainer. A foxy female Brian Setzer – this chick can swing, rock and boy is she blue.

9.45pm La La’s Pythons

La La’s Pythons is a five piece rock band, playing grooves influenced by Blues, Rock, Country and Funk and loving it! Band Members are Craig Pinkney, Paul White, Michael Burn, Bert Giancristofaro, and Kim Siragusa.

Doors open 7pm
