NEW BLUES 6
Rochelle O’Reilly | 7.30pm
Rochelle O’Reilly is not only emerging as an artist, she is evolving as one too. 2024 saw the crystallisation of all of her past efforts – her song The Water winning the Global category of the WAM Song Of The Year. Rochelle is a shining star and genre-defying lyricist, performing around Perth as a solo artist, and accompanied by her band Funkaletta flute, Darren Guthrie guitar, Percy Kalino bass, Vince Pavitt drums. Performing jazz, hip-hop, reggae, soul, blues and all the feels. Proving her multi-genre approach, Rochelle performs at multiple events, including the Outer-National Bob Marley Festival in Fremantle to the Blues at Bridgetown in 2024 and most recently showcasing her ‘Hustler’ album in a regional tour from Perth to Busselton in April 2025.
