Turning Left are a blues rock group comprising of Gordon German (guitar and vox) and Steve Prescott (bass and vox). For this tribute show they are joined by special guest Sam Marchello on drums. The show is dedicated to Turning Left’s recently deceased drummer Dave “Knoxxy” Knox, and will highlight some of the originals recorded with Knoxxy this last July.

Lauralee Faith | 9.00pm

Lauralee Faith is an outstanding WA Vocalist & WAM Award Winner, with a deeply soulful voice that can bristle with intensity & soothe like honey. Her performances bring fresh excitement to the present while evoking the memories of the great vocalists of the past…such as Aretha Franklin, Koko Taylor, Ray Charles, Bonnie Raitt & The Tedeschi Truck Band. With a pedigree richly steeped in Perth Music history, Lauralee was always destined to excel in the arts, becoming an accomplished dancer before turning to the family business of making music. Having worked with many great musicians such as 2 x Grammy winner, Lucky Oceans, Rick Steele & Simon Cox, on various music projects – such as RTRFM’s Winter Blues Fest 2021, the Grand Opening of WA Museum Boola Bardip.. Yirra Yaakin’s 2022 Event Launch, Bridgetown Blues.. across many great event venues, such as Freo Social, The Ellington Jazz Club, Kidogo Arthouse, The Duke of George, Clancy’s Freo & The Art Gallery of WA. LAURALEE FAITH has been spending time in the studio doing LIVE RECORDINGS & performing in Patrick O’Connor’s project, LIVE AT CENTRAL BEAT, along with many other Singers, songwriters, instrumentalists from across Australia & beyond.
Joined by some of Perth’s best musicians Patrick O’Connor (guitar), Laurie Smithsdale (bass). & Dean Wuksta (drums) the newly formed band, LAURALEE FAITH, will take you on a musical journey that spans the decades.
